Happy place for my grandchildren! Spent the afternoon with my grandchildren who loved the place so much. They spent more than an hour jumping all over the place. Playing balls, hide and seek and whatever they may seem funnnnnn Toilet is accessible, signages are clear and everywhere. A place for shoes are neat and hygienic. Keep up the good work. See you later
It's a fun place to deploy some energy, regardless of the age. I recently went to my niece's bday party and it was full on. They have young fellas pumping some energy in to the little kids, helping them to play. Only cons, it's that it may get to crowded on weekends and it might be prone to kids accidentally crashing in to each others. They have designated areas for kids younger than 5 and also for more experienced jumpers. They have some food and beverages options, coffees, chips, etc. Pretty basic. Overall a good place for family fun and for a kid bday party as the kids will definitely get tired!!
Nice and clean incl bathroom. Always better for kids if they are there with friends or have siblings. Ninja and dodgeball course adds some variety. Coffee is okay at best but available. Ensure kids have suitable clothes as it can get hot and cold when they leave in Winter
Friendly, young fun staff. This place is great to take your kids to burn all their energy. The only thing lacking is that they don’t have a proper cafe with foods like sandwiches or hot chips, etc which I feel is a huge missed opportunity for them to make larger revenue.
This place is an accident waiting to happen. We took 3 children aged 11, 12 and 13 who were to scared to have fun in case they hurt a preschooler playing in the same area. I observed a near miss of a nasty accident involving a bigger kid just having fun nearly bouncing on a small child. There were multiple birthday parties which meant there was no seating for other families. The front entrance was pretty much blocked with party tables. I would not recommend this place.
This place is great, kids loved it, I got to jump too. The energy spent there in such a short amount of time means you're not stuck there for hours. My only quelm with it though is parking needs to be more clearly defined.
No ventalation. Way to hot and lack of water supply for the nature of the activities. Both children overheated and ended up at after hours care. No designated spot to cool down. Extremely bad health and safety. The fence enclosing the small kids "ninja area" was missing bolts and falling apart. My kid grabbed it and was almost injured. Would not recommend it!
A fabulous place to take the kids to release their energy! A great set up... Clean and very safe. Highly recommend Gravity to other parents.
Took our kids here during school holidays as an activity to get them out of the house. Quite disappointed with lack of monitoring and the unprofessionalism of staff not working but playing! I have been to other Gravity venues and found this one extremely unmanaged! Two staff in particular males who looked young and adolescent spent time on the mat showing off and even brought a mattress over where patrons were sitting and used it to flip from the tramp to the patrons area. They then left the mattress there for patrons to move. Won’t be visiting this venue again!!!
Love Gravity, we often do a Playcentre trip here and all the children have a great time. Toddler time is a go to for us. Such a great activity to get everyone moving and having fun.
