My mum introduced me to Breathe. Absolutely love it. Great studio, awesome instructors and fantastic classes. I’ve done both the Yoga & Pilates classes, and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Highly recommend for all fitness levels from beginner to experienced.
The classes are amazing, I always feel so energised, refreshed and much stronger after the class! The teachers are lovely and very knowledgeable, the studio is spacious and very clean, they have all facilities and lockers also supplies like yoga mats and water. The best Hot Yoga studio in Auckland!
Loved Bikram and HIIT Pilates classes from the first visit! The feeling is tremendous and unforgettable. It is an absolutely different level of body and mind after each class. Meditation in action! Great instructors - inspiring, motivating and friendly. Breathe Hot Yoga/Hot Pilates is the best investment in yourself.
A welcoming, encouraging, beautifully clean & well presented yoga studio for women and men. Positive & teaching yogis, great intro, weekly or session plans, to suit everyone, HIIT Pilates, Yoga & Yin class options - something for everyone & every level - beginner to experienced.

It's a great place to let my body be completely released and repaired. The coaches are also very professional and friendly. it's amazing
I love attending the classes at Breathe! Everyone is super welcoming and supportive from the instructors to your fellow yogis. Classes can become easily addictive and don’t even feel like 60 minutes because you are having so much fun sweating it up! Anita has created an awesome studio!

What a wonderful welcoming studio, with excellent knowledgeable teachers. I have been doing the Pilates post having my two kids to help improve strength and it has helped me immensely as well as being enjoyable. Thanks Breathe team! Xxx
