Went it today to get a couple of my light bulbs replaced in my car! I fortunately got who I think was the boss man and he was amazing! My car was not easy to get into haha but he made it work and was so nice about it so thanks! Really friendly place to go considering I know nothing about cars!
Amazing service from Vicky who went over and above to assist. And the windscreen wiper man was super helpful. Gave me advice on cleaning them and did great job. Great team there indeed!!!
Prefer these guys and girls over all the rest. This is my go to store for all my car related things. They are the most helpful store out of any other. They even go out of their way to help you out. Top group of people. Best prices. Best products. They also usually have the items in stock, when others don't! Thanks team. Much respect.
Highly recommend if you are wanting to have recommendations on your buy. The team goes up and beyond to assist / help out with products. Great knowledge on products and excellent customer service skills. Go team Supercheap Auto, Te Rapa!
Spent around 1hr with them trying to order some brake parts, most of the time was spent explaining I need the parts fast and that I can't wait for them to come in from Australia, I had to accept an alternative brand product to have the parts within 3 days from the local supplier... 5days later I spoke to them on the phone only to find out the parts are on backorder from Australia and will be three weeks.... I am getting a refund however I now have to pay a mechanic twice the price for sub grade products. Supercheap Te Rapa has wasted my time, and now wasted my money as I have no option but to spend an extra $900 due to time restraints
