I don't live in Hamilton, needed a battery changed. Received the best service in a retail store I've had in years. Ray helped us with selection, pricing, advice and installation. Ray should be commended for how he treats customers. We also viewed Ray training a new employee, patient and positive. Fantastic all round experience, would give more stars if I could.
Always busy this mill st branch however; great customer service so friendly staffs and had my battery fitted in by the shop manager so helpful especially during a busy Rush Hour time of the late afternoon/evening so Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Went to get some spark plugs. They had to order them in. Said it would take 2 days and I'd get rung when they arrived.. a week later I rang to see where they were a week later. They were still getting processed by courier.. went in 2 days later.. Wasn't sure where they were. Few more days later went back in. Was rudly told they would call when they were in. 2.5 weeks later I get a call. They were in now and couldn't tell me why it took so long when it should only take a couple of days. I had paid for them when I ordered them. Customer service not at there finstest.
Hey TeamnI went to buy oil for my car today, where I met mr.Jason working for you guys, customer service of the person look rude doesn’t feel like he wants to attend customer properly, then I took assistance from other person who helped to to choose right product, 5 star rating goes to that person for assisting customer and help them to choose right product.
It was closing time but I was still assisted in finding correct brake fluid type for my car. Kudos to your employee.
