I don't live in Hamilton, needed a battery changed. Received the best service in a retail store I've had in years. Ray helped us with selection, pricing, advice and installation. Ray should be commended for how he treats customers. We also viewed Ray training a new employee, patient and positive. Fantastic all round experience, would give more stars if I could.
Went to get some spark plugs. They had to order them in. Said it would take 2 days and I'd get rung when they arrived.. a week later I rang to see where they were a week later. They were still getting processed by courier.. went in 2 days later.. Wasn't sure where they were. Few more days later went back in. Was rudly told they would call when they were in. 2.5 weeks later I get a call. They were in now and couldn't tell me why it took so long when it should only take a couple of days. I had paid for them when I ordered them. Customer service not at there finstest.
Always busy this mill st branch however; great customer service so friendly staffs and had my battery fitted in by the shop manager so helpful especially during a busy Rush Hour time of the late afternoon/evening so Thank you from the bottom of my heart
Popped in, and in a hurry.nFronted the desk, assistant went and got the replacement item.nCheckout staff updated all my personal details, gave me a replacement loyalty card.nI could not be happier.
Have had an amazing experience with the staff at Supercheap Auto Mills Street. Parvin went above and beyond for me. He displayed exceptional customer service skills as well as being able to multitask as it was very busy while he was assisting me.nnI went in needing the resources to fix some paint and panel damage on my car as well as replacing the window wiper blades. Parvin mixed the perfect matching paint for my vehicle and now looks like no damage existed. He also replaced the wiper blades for me. I was beyond stoked and while I was waiting for the sale to be completed, I ended up buying $200 of extra things I needed for my vehicle. Happy to support the business.nnCheers,nnMichael
