It was time for an oil change for our car, so I headed to Repco Online to look at what specials were offering. I found good deals on everything I needed, so after reading the reviews for said items, I started adding them to the cart for a click and collect later that day. Unfortunately, here is where it all became a little more difficult. My local store was out of stock of everything with the exception of a sump plug, so I had to travel to the Hamilton store, which was the nearest store to have all the rest of my order. This meant a pleasant drive of approximately 120 km for the round trip. I don't know why stock levels are so erratic around the various stores, but inconvenience aside, the service at the store was pleasant and easy. 5 star store, 4 star stock levels.
The girl who served me yesterday I think her name might have been Baylee was absolutely amazing!nnShe saw me wandering around the aisles and noticed I was completely lost and didn't know what to do. She approached me and made sure I was well looked after, even though she was busy doing her own tasks. There were other staff members doing the same tasks, however she was the only one who stopped to see if I was ok and took the time to answer all my many questions in a respectful, knowledgeable and attentive manner. Please, pass my thanks onto her.

Baylee is a SUPERSTAR - got my first car and was VERY confused about what to buy and had tons of questions and she was really informative and didn’t make me feel silly at all aha - she was great! Great store with affordable car products along with lovely staff too
