Shout out to Lennox and the young lady working counter on Monday 27th. Young lady offered to call another store on a product I was after to check stock. Lennox sorted me out with a wiring harness and stereo fascia with my Sony head unit purchase. Thanks guys! Appreciate the good service.
Very friendly staff . The man who did the work on my car was very polite and gave good advice on the battery I was buying and getting fitted . He took care of the wipers as well . Told me what he was doing next and was very efficient. Very happy with the service I was provided. The other staff member who was on the till was very helpful too . Was nice to join the club and get a discount plus get credit back straight away . I be coming back to shop again and tell my friends . Thanks Bry
Bought a faulty part. Spoke to the manager to order me another part as we all know sometimes something can go wrong. Then I decided to not order a new part but rather buy a complete replacement that I've needed the part for.nManager met me with an excellent deal.nVery thankful for exceptionally good service
The shop has a lot of good items it is only the customer service which I find they need to imorove. Went here on a weekend and I had to ask something but ended up in the counter for a long time as they are short staffed I think?
I have recently been in and out of this store multiple times. Barrie who I later und out was the MANAGER! which If MANAGER! which is so rare.Has rembembered ml, my name, helped me without walking away! is so pleasant and between his staff apart from 1-2 females apart form Sarah who was so lovely'. But Andre and all other staff, srury I tried to take all names. But Went FAR AN BEYOND. 1 1 A--all names. But Went FAR AN BEYOND. 1 1 A++all round. Thankyou.
