Had a great experience at Supercheap Auto! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I bought a few car items but later realized my service center had already replaced them. When I went back to return the items, the lady at the front desk processed the refund smoothly and advised me not to use PayWave next time, as it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to go through. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy car essentials!

Great store, great staff, great range, great specials! I particularly like the member cash bonuses, and the added security that if an item you purchase goes on special within a short period later, Supercheap automatically credits the difference into your account. Love Supercheap!

Trying to refund my item they ordered from Auckland because there had been no stock and the staff who served me pulled a long face,  then he told me there was a $10 refund fee. He stopped me from explaining even before I finished talking. Very bad experience and won't come back again!!!

Rude staff on today, was told to  come here from another store, spent 30 minutes inside waiting for someone. No one to be seen. Price hikes to the extreme with a 20% off black Friday deals. Went elsewhere for the parts I needed for 25% the cost of them instore. Then laughed at when I left. What happened to this store?

My experience at SuperCheap was great… I needed new windshield wipers and the guy who fitted them was Awesome… showing me exactly how to do it ..so next time I can do it myself.nI’d love them to do an evening class teaching Basic Mechanics to those who want to be able to feel good at being able to do the Basics themselves
