Absolutely A++ service. Got shown all options with knowledgeable information on each. Super friendly and not belittling at all for someone who knows nothing. Absolutely no pressure to buy now even though I actually did cos the service was so great.
Very poor customer service experience at Repco Store Eastgate ChristchurchnI wanted to buy a polish tool and had couple of questions to ask. Unfortunately, the guy at the counter said he was not in the loop and it would be better to ask someone else. One of the stuff was outside talking to someone, another one was in the other corner on the counter in headphones looking inside boxes, I spend 20 minutes in the store trying to get any attention of the stuff but had no success then I left without any purchase and with unpleasant feeling of being ignored.
This is a store with a large selection and they only stock a certain number of brands, wouldn't say they are top quality brands but they do they job for your commuters. Plenty of parking and always welcome in here. The staff will help in whatever way they can. Haven't had any issues.nnThis used to be the warehouse building back in the 90s, 8 used go here to buy Lego.
