I had a great experience at the Eastgate store, staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a good range of products. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect 10 is because there’s always a little room for improvement, like slightly faster checkout or clearer in-store signage. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend Supercheap Auto to others.
These guys males were friendly, efficient and Professional. Knew their products and locations in the store. Were PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL. PLUS the prices were EXTREMELY excellent! Nice job guys! Excellent customer service.
High quality products. The most important thing, however, is good and friendly service. The customer is asked what they are looking for and the staff's knowledge of spare parts is excellent. Unfortunately, the store itself cannot be rated on the Supercheap Auto website or sent feedback. Thanks Ash.
I went into this store, on a week day, morning, it was not at all busy. I needed some help. I was showed to where I could find the item, but there were so many options. I said I needed help. I was helped for a minute, then the person walked away. I selected what I thought was OK, but the person at the till pointed out it wasn't what I needed. I went back, as help was on the way, apparently. I went to wait, said I really need help, I don't know what I am doing. The person who came to help, he was kinder, helped for a few minutes longer, but when I went to my car, to get it matched, they had left. Honestly, I felt very small, that just because I wasn't a male, I didn't matter to them. When I first came in, I was looking for a battery maintainer, I mentioned my car battery had died. It is only now, after being on Google, that I find out they can test the battery, and offer other battery related services, that weren't even mentioned to me.
