My friend when into repco today to get a top of her oil and a change of her window wipers and came home raving about the incredible service! She was served by a young gentleman unsure of his name but he was super helpful, quick, easy, not pushy with sales, and helped her sort out what she needed!
I was blessed greatly today at Repcos Hornby by staff member Stuart. He was not only helpful, he was caring. In today's world, integrity, kindness and chivalry are refreshing traits. Thank you Repco Hornby and staff, and special and grateful shout out to Stuart. He gave me advice that was a true blessing.
Love this place - the biggest reason I return is because of customer care. Oh yeah, you have product, but so do the opposition. What stands out is the personality of good old kiwi humour and customer service from the guys on the floor. So important in the retail world of instant everything. Keep up the banter lads.
The staff member Steward, was really helpful. He looked up the right type of engine oil for me and when he realised I didn't know how to top up the oil, he offered to do it for me without me even asking. Highly recommended this Repco store in Hornby!
Our car battery died on the road, and we arrived at the store just before closing. With little hope, I asked if someone could help install a new battery. A young staff member initially declined, but thankfully an elder gentleman kindly stepped forward and offered his professional help. Thanks to his patience and skill, the battery was successfully replaced, and we were able to get back on the road.nnI regret not asking his name, but I am truly grateful for his kindness and support at such a stressful moment. Thank you for going the extra mile!
