One of my favourite beach in Christchurch. The cave rock and the sumner village are all close by. Being local travel guide. I would highly recommended this unique beautiful stunning beach village to enjoy. The beach can be just a stroll along the Esplanade or the flowers trace with a bit of hiking. Or just happy to soak up the lovely beach atmosphere. Whatever make you happy, this is the beach for you.
Nice beach but only had two options to eat at
Awesome beach. Good place to have a swim. Not too crowded. Clean and tidy beach.
Everyone had good control of dogs and beach was pretty clean. Quite a nice beach to go to.
Busy beach..nSigns were confusing about dogs.nNo dogs apparently.. then see dogs everywhere not on leads.nStill nice for a visit.. cafes, icecreams and hot chips nearby..nDon't mind the naked guy showering g in public.. harmless..
