I went here yesterday, just to grab some lunch. My Choice, Three Pepper Chicken. I was greeted by a young lovely Kiwi lady, this' around 3:40pm. She's quite good to be honest, she asked everything from start to finish with an admiring attitude plus a great smile. She did a a well done wrapping the sub, so the stuff inside does not fall out easily. Keep up the great work.
Ordered off Uber Eats a sub box, turned up without a bag, wrong drink and no cookies. Sub looks more smushed than a McDonalds cheeseburger.
Really disappointed at the service. Guy serving was super slow and obviously didn’t care at all about the customers. Took almost 10 minutes to make a single sub. Bread was really burnt and when asked about it he said it was “lightly toasted”. Would recommend going to another branch instead
Came in this afternoon and can honestly say the best customer service I've ever had and I am the most critical person... the young man was absolutely amazing, the young lady little shy, but she will definitely get there under his guidance. First time I can actually say my sub was the bomb. The manager came and said hi as well, no offense to him, but he was also needed guidance from the young man, I'm trying to understand why you have a superstar in your shop and you don't utilize him as a manager. .. but guys amazing. Thankyou
Live in town and always stop on the way home, for months now they never stock spinach and these past 2 weeks there has been no onion. Frustrated I asked the man why there is never spinach, to my surprise he said “it’s too expensive”. Weird because I’m pretty sure subway is a franchise and some meal items are non-negotiable, this owner seems to be making up his own rules, gives the subway brand a bad name
I normally go to this subway all the time but was left very disappointed tonight. I was served by an Indian guy with a curly mustache and he gave me about 10 pieces of lettuce, 4 slices of cucumber and less than a handful of both Carrot and olives. He was rude and kept smirking at me. He was serving two young boys when I first went in and he made it very clear he couldn't be bothered with them. There was a young guy on wearing a crate mask who served my husband, and usually serves us both who was as always really lovely. I was really disappointed in the service I was given by the other server and probably won't be returning. He really needs some training in attitude towards customers
When in today to get a sub and ordered a combo and the indian man was so rude and unhelpful. He disagreed with an advertised promotion and when i proved him wrong he continued being rude. This location was recently renovated but the drinks fridge is always and literally empty and the drink machine has been faulty for a long time.
My partner Came out here around 8pm for footlong 3 pepper chicken n 6 inch vege sub The worst one I ever had 3 pepper chicken sub had just 3 piece of spinach and hardly any lettuce and when he seperate the foot long into 6 inch on one side 3 pieces of chix n on other 6 inch just 1 piece of chick. Vege sub bread was so hard to bite nd literally very less amount of salad. When we opened the subs all the salads n sauces were out of the bread touching the paper how can you eat that. Mind you person is coming here to eat salads not just the bread. As there is a code for how many pieces to be there at 6 inch sub n for footlong. Thanks
Was given cold pork riblets, didn’t even look like anyone cooked it at all. Also tasted like there was just salt on the sandwich - it gets better I’m not even able to get an Uber because that selection for meat doesn’t show.
Bought this 11th May eve. Exactly got what i expected. Was hungry and needed work dinner thats why went, otherwise no chance. I've been this subway hardly 3 times from last 3 years and customer service always bad, Salads are everywhere, Staff need experience. THIS TIME> Staff was literally eating at front while making my sub. He could be new but still who eats in front of customer and while ask him > what you want today? thats ridiculous TO THE store owner/manager, Please look up some camera footage if you can and find out what your staff does to customers. You'll be surprised. Thanks.
