Burger King

Had a good meal. The cashier/ worker Danny had a good customer service and a friendly demeanor. This BK is always pretty clean when I come here. Would recommend this over the Wendy's or maccas in this local area Vegetarian options: Pretty good selection of mock meats made with veggies Parking: Good amount of parks Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and level to car park

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Absolutely awful food, basically inedible and we got short changed on the nuggets. I ordered 1 pack of 10 and 1 pack of 6, I got one box of 13...when I spoke to the manager all she said was " what do you want me to do about it?" The photo of the "triple" cheeseburger makes it look much better than it was. Took a couple of bites and gave up.

2 Stars. Everytime I have been there I always get a lovely warm soft drink with any meal I have purchased. Are you allergic to ice in your drinks? Then come on down to Burger King Te Rapa, home of the no ice machine. 2 stars instead of 1 star due to staff member retrieving ice from the back of shop.

It was a super hot NZ summer day and our dogs were fighting over the AC while we sat in the drive-thru. Everything was ordinary while we ordered. But when we got to the window, the server was super lovely, brought us a cup of water for the dogs without us even asking ! He was really nice about it. Great customer service. Food was alright

Surprisingly not busy at lunchtime on a Sunday. Parking was fairly easy, and the dining area was quite roomy and quiet. The food was... Adequate. It met the required standard, and no more, but no less. The staff made a mistake with one order, but noticed it themselves and supplied the correct item free of charge, which was nice. Shame about the lack of ice for cold drinks in the middle of summer, though. All in all an adequate dining experience, and no more... But no less.

Experienced terrible service once again. Seems to always be training in progress and service takes forever, I waited longer than 35mins to order my meal. Lady training on the till always asking the manager for assistance, was it her 1st time or 1st shift using the system? Sorry, but fastfood service has to be fast!

Service was very pleasant, however soooooo unbelievably slow. Over 15 min from order to leaving, and no one was in the store. The drive through only had one car in it, there were 2 uber pick up drivers waiting, but it really didn't look busy. Somehow I still got cold chips. BK is undoubtedly the best take away when done right, but it's so inconsistent.

Wanted to dine in but only drive through open due to low staff. Food was very good and still reasonably fast. Did miss the dine in though.Food: 5/5

I reckon just shut down and put a better place there. This place has been yuck for years now. Foods disgusting. Drinks are always flat and warm inside is always filthy and paru. Dosent even deserve 1 star.Food: 1/5

Just had good conversation with the manager and I was trying to redeem reward points from the app but unfortunately system was down . Manager explained it briefly and throughly and I understand it n moved on from it. Sometimes all you need patience and understanding. Good service. Keep it up
