Subway Grey Street

This Subway has previously been good but tonight was the worst. I got there to collect my subway and my order was just sitting on the prep bench, open with melted cheese. It set there for good 2mins while the staff just served another customer over it. There were 2 staff members there. Once he finished with the customer he started making mine and took no effort in placing the ingredients properly on the sub. Just not the subway standards. The sub just didn't taste fresh due to just sitting there it was cold and tasteless. See photos.

It doesn’t look like sub that we use to eat in our lunch . After adding 5 sauces it tastes dry . Onions are kept aside as I am taking Indian salad with curry separately. Staff working between 12pm-2pm is nice but I don’t know what to say about this staff.

Amazing staff, a customer behind me was inspired by my order that he ordered exactly the same order as me. Tip: Southern style chicken with teriyaki chicken with buffalo sauce

Usually love this subway they are fast polite and the food is usually well presented and good quality. But if it isn't and you try and complain you will get shut down and no help will be given to you. Restaurant does not hive receipts which you need to be able to put through complaints on the app.

Subway food is excellent but the staff on at 8:10 pm 2/4/2023 rude , poor service , no information given about bread types cheeses meats was just looked at and asked what I wanted didn't say this is type of bread just no information also don't go in with cash as like myself will be told it's not real money how dear they tell me my money which I'd gotten out of a money machine was fake I felt so annoyed with the staff member that I the customer had to ask for an apology just so rude

It's allways got good food that's why it's my fav place to get food fromFood: 5/5

Have tried subway before from many places,but never got a wonderful taste of sandwich which was made by Teji Today,he is brilliant and nobody can beat the way he makes .Excellent.

The subs are often small here so I try to go to other branches. The wraps aren't worth having, mine had nearly nothing on it where is my lettuce? I assumed the staff member couldn't wrap it up with any more in it.

Best Subway in the country probably. Really fresh, everybody deserves a payrise!Food: 5/5

There is no Customer value,I was waiting on counter nearly 7 minutes. No any single staff has taken my order.Girl comes up front playing with her hair.Very dissatisfied.Manager have to check evening staff.
