Andy Flint started working in a full time Strength and Conditioning environment for the London Broncos Superleague team in 2009 which in time lead to a job working for New Zealand Rugby League, The Vodafone Warriors, The Kiwis and New Zeland Rugby (regional S&C for Black ferns and 7's programme)
Andy has a passion for developing athletes from where they are into professional sports people and wants to provide a service that is all about professionalism and improvement.
