Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Good guidance in training and carry out continuous progress check. Everyone seemed to be willing to help you out. Not one hint of discrimination, all staff have postive & moving forward energy. The facility is a good size, not too big not too small nor overcrowded. And as my favorite part, it sure is anytime and anywhere fitness to accommodate my busy schedule.
Good: Excellent gym manager - friendly, professional, and helpful. Good facility - has a lot of free weights and machines. Open 24/7 which is ideal. Gym gets cleaned every day. Bad: Only 1 standard squat rack which is combined with the bench press, so during peak times this isn't ideal. Music is a bit loud, unnecessary as many gym users who like music listen to their own headphones. Overall an excellent gym.
Great gym for anyone wanting to make a positive change. I have become stronger and the positive impact my sessions have on my personal mental well-being is enormous. 5kg to go before I reach my ideal weight. Works for me.
Great gym. Been going for 2.5 years now ... and regularly during the week which is saying alot. Clean and tidy, up to date equipment and staff always friendly - 5 stars.
