Really high tech equipment and loved the classes. The class instructors were really professional and knew what they were doing.. What I didn't like about the gym was it gets over crowded after hours and Saturdays. You are basically bumping into other people in the classes, especially Saturday morning ones. They need to cap the members.

Equipments have good technology most exercise machines have the ability to connect to apple watch to save your workout. There are also bench press and weight lifting if you prefer muscular strength exercise.

Couldn’t recommend this gym more. For years I’ve felt self conscious about joining a gym but FF Doncaster has given me the motivation and confidence to do so. Everyone is always smiling and welcoming. Definitely worth joining!

Decent equipment, great atmosphere in the two levels. You can easily find a rack to do basic exercises. The staff are always helpful and friendly. So far so good...
