This is really poor, my husband has been a member here for over 10yr As my husband has been off work for over a week and a half he tried to get an appointment on day 2 but was told there werent any so they got someone to ring him back. They told him it was gout and to take pain killers and drink water. He rang them today as he is in a lot of pain and still can't use his wrist/hand they said that there were no appointments till August but a nurse would ring him. I thought that cases where you are in a lot of pain etc were supposed to be seen the same day, this is ridiculous, very disappointed as if he can't see someone here today we will have to find the money for him to go to the emergency doctor which with him off work is bad.
Spent 5 mins on hold before being hung up on, not even a patient was trying to enquire about being one, dont waste your time
Superb service today. I was away on holiday and needed a prescription urgently. The receptionist was so understanding and my wonderful doctor - Kirsty Stewart actioned it really quickly so I could pick it up in Queenstown
Expensive and long wait times to even get an appointment. This practice use to be good..
Great service and friendly staff. This was my go to place for 21 years.
