Superb service today. I was away on holiday and needed a prescription urgently. The receptionist was so understanding and my wonderful doctor - Kirsty Stewart actioned it really quickly so I could pick it up in Queenstown
Some of the reception staff are honestly the most miserable, awful humans I have ever encountered. A shame.
I agree we have to wait often but when I am with the doctor, I know that he is listening to me and not watching a clock. I would rather get great help and wait a while, than be rushed through. Find the practice helpful, nurses kind although some receptionists could seem happier in their job
Friendly team & easy to shedule appointment with.
Extremely difficult to get an appointment when you need one. The receptionist merely says there are no available appointments on the day. No alternative is offered. Only decent for routine visits that you can book in advance. If you're sick, too bad, they are not interested.
