The team here cannot be faulted. I learned this service is a contribution from across all the GP practices in Nelson supported by permanent staff. And those practices should be proud! They are kind, informative, caring and absolutely interested in making sure you get the care you need. While wait times are outside of their control due to demand and available resources - from reception, triage, nurse attention and then doctor consult it was an excellent experience. A follow up call to see how I was doing was not expected but absolutely appreciated. Wonderful service from committed professionals. Love your work!
I had such a great experience this morning. I was there at 8am and was pretty much seen straight away. The doctor and the nurse were incredible. I can’t remember their names but they did all the tests and checks to make sure they didn’t miss anything. I seen these reviews and I was very put off. Would recommend maybe just go early? Thanks guys!

I am traveling from overseas and needed to see a doctor at short notice in Nelson. Urgent care often has long waits at home and I read a lot of reviews here that seemed up and down. I was amazed at how quick the service was and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctor was great! Couldn't have asked for better treatment. Big thumbs up
