Compared to competitors on the mainland, their selection is quite limited and prices are rather high, but folks are friendly and helpful. And, after all, they are the only ones on the island, so am glad to have them.

Not much they don't have. Good on them for stocking such a large amount of product.

Went in to purchase an estwing framing hammer and all estwing hammers were sold out. Apart from that disappointment the store was able to provide everything else the crew of builders and myself needed on the day that we didn't bring over from the mainland.

We went in to have a house key cut. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

This place has highest profits of Placemakers nationwide... yet the shelfs are never fully stocked and the last minute tool u need has been sold out or not in stock...

Nicely laid out store but most impressed with Bruce, exceptional store knowledge and very helpful finding a solution to a tricky problem.

Tool sales guy not up on Bosch product range.
