I have used all the water companies on Waiheke and Island Water is the best.  What sets them apart is their booking system allows you to book and pay with your credit card.  Then they turn up when you booked.  All so simple and efficient.

Excellent service throughout the drought period on Waiheke Island. They went above and beyond for the Waiheke Residents, even though we could see that they were working around the clock. Well done Island Water. I highly recommend this company

Island Water provided excellent customer service this Summer when we were very close to running out of water. They communicated very quickly and we were able to get an emergency delivery. Really appreciate the hard work this summer!

Why have a phone number if you don't pick up and tell people to email you every other company picks up the phone

These guys have really kept us out of trouble this summer and have been particularly responsive and flexible when we’ve needed to change a delivery. I can only imagine how hard they have been working with the drought and hope they will get a chance to relax a bit when the rain eventually returns. Thanks Kyla and co.
