Rates are good friendly people and do an awesome service thanks guys
Good in terms of having the rubber bush I needed for my Stihl chainsaw but the mechanic is a bit of smart arse by fitting a tight plastic cap into the end of the rubber bush that has to be removed again for fitting to the chainsaw, but breaks when you try & remove it because it is so tight. Not a helpful thing to do I have to say. I won't be back as a result as there was absolutely no need for the mechanic to fit the plastic cap to the rubber bush, it was simply being smart & unhelpful. Thankfully I had the old plastic cap to use instead of having to pick up another replacement. No apology was received when I rang & advised the lady at the counter. I think they need to have a word to their mechanic.
These folk have long forgotten that their business is customer driven. If you want efficiency and customer focus, try somewhere else.
Went in with a damaged bike only form of transport which belonged to a foreign kiwi fruit worker who had been knocked off her bike at night in the town. The guy was great, he had it fixed for her the next day. Thanks, for your help, really appreciated. A+ to Stihl Shop and the staff ...
