First time customer at Broncos today, awesome advice on items I wanted and related items to compare, purchased gloves, a hoodie, hunting boots and a vortex rifle scope with professional service, definitely going back again.
Fantastic company to deal with. I bought a brand new Vortex AMG scope from them which turned out to be defective out of the box. Vortex has a so called unconditional lifetime warranty, but I could get no response from Vortes agents in Australia and from the person I spoke to in the Vortex Factory in the united states. I rang up Steve at Broncos and straight away he offered to replace it from the stock they had on hand - no sending it back for warranty or any of that nonsense . That is service with an A+++ .WEll done Broncos keep it up. Update October 2022 The same great service as always. Bought a vortex red dot sight from BRONCOS which had problems out of the box. Rang Steve and was promptly given a return docket and replacement with new sights . The ser ice this shop offers is over and above expectations. Keep it up.

Having problems contacting shop over order, emails and phone its like the shop is not there anymore, was going to order another product, a little hesitate now, wait for first order to turn up or a discussion with Glenn Tuck as to what is happening with the order, my rating will get better if the shop responds to this matter. cheers
This is for online purchases only, ive never been in store. Looks like they have a decent range, but if your buying online and require additional advice or information, it will take over 2 weeks to get a reply. Still haven't heard a word from them after 2 weeks. Ive brought products else where from companies who did reply. They must be too busy for a $2000 order.
A Great experience shopping at Broncc's, today. The staff were patient and helpful with excellent product knowledge and advice. They listened and offered choices highlighting pro's & con's in a constructive manner. A big thanks to the owner Glenn who steered me in the right direction and allowed me to make informed choices with my purchases. Thanks guys.
