Great. Clean, tidy and cheerful interior. Cashier was super helpful and pointed out the nicely organised aisle I needed for the marked-down specialty item I needed for the curtains. Processing was friendly & efficient. Good visit.
Great shop had every thing I wanted purchased these great cushions.
Can I just say what an absolute bloody pleasure the staff at this shop are!!! As a dude yes, being a little gender specific. Get over it, I sew, I've never had anything other than tremendous service & plenty of good chin wags. Great bunch of ladies, thanks for being choice people xxx
This is a small store, so the selection is limited. If you want the mega store Spotlight, then head to Rotorua or Hamilton stores. Apart from that, staff were friendly and their knowledge of what i was after was good.
Dianne at the front customer service desk was rude and her treatment of myself and another customer was appalling!!! I would have thought people in retail would be doing their best to retain current employment based on current scenario‍
Spotlight is great. Such a great range of home decorations and crafty stuff. The staff have been helpful and even some of the other customers! The sale is timely too with everyone buying up for mask making.
I needed several things and professional advice as to what I was seeking to achieve. Managed to get immediate assistance and service and recommendations on 'how to'. Done and dusted in a few minutes. Thanks... recommended!
Was busy with Christmas and new year. Good place to visit and had some great specials
I don't hate spotlight but their ability to update their products needs addressing especially if you are travelling outside of the area suggested that you ring first if they answer at all.
Friendly staff nice to shop there always spend more than I should
