Specsavers was providing a very good discount when you were buying 2 pairs of glasses. The staff was very helpful and helped me to select the best frames and good lens. I had absolutely no issues with the Optometrist and staff, as they were so helpful and spent enough time for me for checkup and select lens. A great team to buy your next glasses. Highly recommended!
I popped into Sylvia Park Specsavers one day after having no luck finding a nice pair of glasses and other places are very expensive. I immediately found a perfect pair that were a reasonable price and included lenses. I was also told I could get a second pair for the same price! Service was very quick, the staff were lovely the glasses appear to be of really high quality! Really happy :
The experience with all staff and services at this branch have been fantastic. They are helpful, pleasant, professional and can do far more eye tests than I realised were possible and available! Minor adjustments to glasses years later have been hassle fee and without charge. A great team highly recommended.
Excellent experience from booking to getting my new glasses done. Updates provided, and all my questions responded to. Ash did a good job explaining steps to getting my new glasses as well as ensuring my corporate voucher was transferred on time at Sylvia Park. Excellent service!
Great experience, was well looked after, and service was fast..eye test was nice and quick and very informative in regards to the updates with my eyes..
Walked in no one approached me to help, 40mins later picked frame with help from staff, waited to have report verified took 20mins, waited almost a month for my progressive glasses to arrive, only because I rang to enquire this time can't find order reasons names switched around, another wait for fitting glasses. I think specsavers needs to really examine themselves, before telling the public to come see them. Service not professional too many staff modeling the uniform. Unapproachable staff.
Good customer service I had an issue with my 1st pair but Hoosen checked my vision again and remade the glasses and correct the issue. Thank you Hoosen. Specsavers highly recommended !
I had a great experience at Specsavers Sylvia Park. I was helped by a staff member, Victor. Victor was really helpful in guiding me to choose the right style of frame which were comfortable and also suited the size of my face. He also helped choose the correct style of lens which suited my needs. His communication was open and transparent which made dealing with very easy and simple. Would 100% recommend this store and ask for Victor, he'll help you out.
I had Victor serve me the other day at the store and he helped me pop my lenses back in and cleaned my frames thoroughly too. He also helped to tighten my glasses and made sure that they were adjusted properly as the previous place I was at didn’t do a very good job. Very lovely guy who definitely serves his customers with care and kindness! All sales assistant should be like Victor.
I visited the store recently and was served by Victor. His customer service was exceptional, this was my first time getting glasses for myself and I wasn’t overly confident in my image wearing glasses. However, he helped me choose frames that made me feel comfortable and stylish which I really appreciated. Please pass this message on to him if you can to let him know how he uplifted my spirit and gave me confidence in my new look.
