Very happy with the service I received from Specsavers. Due to health reasons, I was allowed a home visit appointment. During the whole process of booking, the appointment and after care, their communication was excellent and efficient. I get very anxious about anyone coming to the house, but they put me at ease and were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Specsavers to anyone.
Two hours for a '30 minute' eye test. Seems rather than have one staff member serve you, you get passed around about 5 different people and have to wait for each one. No empathy from the staff, and when it came to pay the bill was quite shocking too.
My experience with the contact lens optician today was really poor. He was so arrogant and arguementative. I went to buy a contact lens case. He refused to sell me one citing dont need one since I use daily contact lenses. He said he can give me one only if I buy monthly or yearly lenses. I have been a customer of specsavers for over 15 years and today he showed that they can provide customer service only if I'm willing to buy more. I'm really disapponted with his attitude. I went to Vision express they gave me one free of cost.
I really like this branch. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Everything is well sign posted, and the wait times are very small. Everything is explained in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. The staff talk to you instead of at you. Great selection of frames and lens options. Prices are reasonable too.

Friendly welcome, always able to walk in for any adjustments to my glasses. Appointments don’t always run to time but service is very good.
Went in saturday with a slight eye emergency was seen to and they gave a very good examination and dealt with it promptly and prescribed ointment which did the trick was very happy with the attention and care received.
Excellent all round service from being greeted at the door to picking up my frames. Great choice of frames and excellent value particularly if you get two pairs. Staff were very friendly, always there to help and a great reflection on the company. Very pleased to recommend Specsavers to all!
Very polite and efficient staff with testing my eyes etc until it came to fitting/adjusting glasses. Woman was dismissive towards me.
I've have recently had a fantastic service from the team, after recieving my glasses I needed a retest, second time around glasses where perfect, the team gave me so much help when selecting my frames too, really patient and made some great recommendations, they focused on getting them right and I felt comfortable.
