Could not fault my entire experience from arrival, eye test and through to choosing my lenses. The whole staff were so warm and welcoming, I felt super comfortable. Special shout out to Izzy I think that was her name who helped me choose my lenses. Such a kind and honest helper. Would highly recommend going.
Excellent service Thames Specsavers. Isla you were fabulous, helping me with your expert knowledge & so much time and patience, with my choices, which I find a little difficult with so many pairs of glasses to choose from. Sam who also helped me 16 years ago in Lower Hutt thank you for your expert knowledge too. A excellent positive experience. Thank you.
Everyone mad me feel comfortable there and explained what was happening. Izzy was very kind and funny when we were doing the pressure test. Sam is amazing with sorting out frames and colors. He really knows what will suit your face. They are a really neat bunch of people that work there.
Thorough eye exam, free hearing test. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.nGreat they offer a 50% golden ticket for a further pair of glasses.nThey were ready for collection within a week.
Thames Stores had a very welcoming young lady, a great selection of frames. She knew alot and was very helpful.
