Totally, absolutely & utterly disgraceful and disgusting. The way the elderly are treated is absolutely appalling; leaving people incapable of moving to lie in their own faeces is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The facility is always welcoming. Residents individual needs are met. They are encouraged to make it like their own home.  Long may it last

Staff very helpful on a recent visit my friend was very happy with the care and attention she is getting and says the food is fantastic it is like living in a hotel
