From the friendly front desk ladies, to the optometrist and then later on to Patrick, who helped me pick out glasses and was so so patient with me as I tried on new glasses after new glasses. My son accidentally sat on his glasses, bending the frame and arms. I took the glasses to Specsavers at Tauranga Crossing where I was met by Amber. She was extremely friendly and immediately assisted by taking the glasses to the back and fixing them. There was no charge for the fixing, as the glasses were purchased a few months previously at Specsavers. Thank you Amber and thank you Specsavers.
came to Specsavers Tauranga Crossing to get new lenses. i was helped my Amber and she made the whole experience easy and stress free, she made sure i picked the right frames for me and was super informative. will definitely be coming to the Tauranga Crossing branch from now on. :
Eye and hearing test today at Specsavers Tauriko. Super easy process from booking through to today's assessment. Staff were excellent; friendly, professional and thorough. Procedures were explained clearly for the eye and ear tests. No cost as I am an AA member.
I've had a good experience where I easily booked online an appointment for eye exam and test. Got to make sure it's for the right place and right service eyes not ears probably the hardest part because the onus is on you Once I got it sorted, pretty much no waiting time when I rocked up. Straight into the exam and test. Optometrist was really calm and professional. Picked my frames etc and all done in just a little over half an hour....it was quiet so I'm pleased the staff were amazing. THANKS

Very disappointed in the service from the Tauriko Branch had to.chase up a number of times re referel for eye surgery, and have now found that the clinic.never received the referel. This is now.3 months later!
Got a new pair of glasses! I like the quality of it and it is comfortable as well
I was sold glasses that cannot be adjusted my face as a result I have severe blisters behind my ears and across my bridge of my nose, the case comes open in my handbag as a result I am suffering awful headaches when I wear them and strain because I can't....I returned to the store immediately once I realized and was turned away and told to buy metal frames. It is not good enough I have never had this problem in the past
Very poor service. I live in matamata. I had to go back 3 times to get the glasses adjusted. In the end,out of frustration i had to adjust them myself by watching videos on youtube. First the optometrist did not check the prescription properly and then the staff could not adjust them. I guess they do not realise how frustrating it is to wear uncomfortable glasses or they just dont care.I went to two different staff members thinking that if one couldnt do it the other one might but NO. Staff needs more training for sure.
