Staffs are really attentive in the store. Friendly and willing to offer assistance and resolve any issues if you may have

Had fibre fitted through Spark. Installers drilled a hole through my laminate flooring which I only had fitted 6 months earlier. When I contacted Spark they gave me a Web address for Chorus which didn't deal with complaints. I emailed Spark again but they never replied. I have emailed several times but clearly they are not interested.

Soroop was really helpful and gave me all the information I asked for without trying to hide details or upsell me - really pleased with how clearly he explained the process to me and made sure all my bases were covered with accessories etc. Nice ambience, good seated area for waiting in too.

Don't go here, no good at all, no problem solved.
