Wow what amazing hospital with amazing staff ...very very clean well done cleaners you people make an exceptional job and to the nurses wow Subject to detail is perfect you also do an outstanding exceptional job so much credit to you ... the theater staff so cool had a few laughs with them ... and than the food .. I will add a photo of my roast dinner ...every thing cooked to perfection and a massive serve of food .. it was truly amazing the other photo was the heat balanket I feel in love with it .
I want to Thank all the wonderful staff at Southern Cross for their kindness and compassion shown to me during my recent surgery. It was a turn on the other side of the fence for me and my first ever elective surgery so I was very nervous. The Surgeons are the Superstars of course but I know from experience it is very much a united Team effort. A special Thanks to nurses Jenny, Julie and Jess for their kindness, compassion and for explaining the processes so well. All the little acts of caring and support from everyone made me feel very secure and safe.
An incredible group of dedicated people. The level of care and support is absolutely outstanding.Thankyou to the surgical team and the nurses who administered my care in such a professional caring manner. Many thanks too to everyone who had a part in my recovery. Best wishes.
After knee replacement at Southern Cross New Plymouth. I would like to thank the surgeon and his team for the wonderful job they did. The staff and particularly the nurses were really outstanding. I was treated so well it was like staying in a 5 Star hotel . I would recommend this hospital to everyone.The service the staff and the food is second to none
