The reception staff can be a bit hit and miss but most of the time the staff are friendly and kind. My Doctor Amanda Brown was amazing. So sad not to have her anymore but very grateful for the years of care she provided my whole family. The urgent clinic is a nice part to have too.
I must admit I was so nervous coming to the urgent care after reading these reviews but wow was my experience different! Starting from reception: I apologise that I didn’t get your name but to the blonde lady…. You’re an absolute legend. I came into the centre in some distress due to renal colic and you were amazing! Not only did you get me sorted paperwork wise but due to being new to town you set me up for a regular gp. You were so kind and comforting I can’t praise you enough! Then to Dr Matthew….. you really looked after me like I was one of your patients. You got me out of pain and then made sure I had everything I needed. You’re funny. empathetic and so straight up! Thank you so much for everything! Can’t recommend them enough. Jody.
Dr forgot to hit send on my Anti Depressants script. Reception told me it was definitely sent to the pharmacy either a lie or laziness because it wasn’t which is really awesome since I’m not meant to skip these pills. Called back and forwards being told the same thing until I show my face. And magically once I show up in person it finally gets sent out.nnWondering what would happen to someone if it were something like insulin?nnOh and shout out to the receptionist who laughed at me when I asked why/how this happened.
My wife needed stiches out as a casual patient and the nursing team were fantastic. Reception staff were helpful and got a refund when only nursing staff were required and no doctor needed. Don't believe the low ratings as we had a great experience.
I rang up front desk for prescription for mum and boom done and dusted -- Just how I like phone conversations to go
