A stylish interior and spacious outdoor areas with stunning views of Oneroa bay, Solar is the perfect spot any time of the day. A morning coffee, grabbing something from the deli for lunch, afternoon cake, (or beer) or for a relaxed meal with your friends over a wine in the evening. It has the only garden bar in Oneroa and the wood-fired pizza oven is there to enjoy for bookings of 30 or more.

Pretty average coriander and corn fritters were a mix of hot and cold though very colourful. Noise of crashing coming from kitchen was horrendous. Service was pretty glum. Fries undercooked and not crisp. Nice view though. But not nice enough to invite a repeat visit. Oyster Inn on another planet.
Been to breakfast here a couple times. Been impressed each time. Recommend any bakery item in the pantry, the egg dishes and the French toast. Lovely coffees and chai lattes. Beautiful view of Big O and heaps of outdoor seating. Kid friendly.
A great location for our Sunday brunch. Yummy food + drinks. Lovely views. Popular with locals which is always a good sign.
Great brunch and the coffee is lovely. We had to wait a bit for our food because they were busy. The view is incredible and the staff are friendly.

We ordered the Argentinian BBQ for two and wow the food was amazing! Serving size is huge and well worth the price. Service is super friendly as expected and very helpful. We'll be popping in next time we're in Waiheke for sure!
The food was fairly good but their kitchen is disproportionately small compared to the amount of tables. We waited almost an hour for two mains. If you're sitting outside beware of aggressive seagulls.
Food is lovely but more important then that was the level of customer service, The women who owns the place was amazing, Greeted us very friendly and a bubbly personality, The cafe has a really great vibe. Pretty soon you realise you are on Waiheke island. I would recommend to all my friends
