Fantastic service, staff very knowledgeable & thorough & took their time to explain things. We hired some snow gear from them a while back as it was the kids first time seeing snow. Really glad we hired equipment before heading up as there was a long queue for hire on the mountain.nThe Staff here are absolutely amazing...highly recommend them. .

A charming shop with super helpful staff, easily accessible from Turangi. Hire includes goggles and clothing if desired. Late hours are convenient. Plus they were kind enough to offer a refund on early return. I'll be coming back next time I'm heading to Whakapapa.
