Fantastic service, staff very knowledgeable & thorough & took their time to explain things. We hired some snow gear from them a while back as it was the kids first time seeing snow. Really glad we hired equipment before heading up as there was a long queue for hire on the mountain.nThe Staff here are absolutely amazing...highly recommend them. .

Absolutely amazing service, genuinely really understanding. I even lost my helmet in transit to a nearby mountain and didn't charge me until I brought it back as I knew where it was the next day. An amazing team and great equipment to boot!
Fantastic service at a great price. The guys here are so friendly and helpful, nothing is an issue. I decided to swap my skis for a snowboard on the 2nd day and they did this with a smile and no extra charge. Thank you guys!! Highly recommend going here - so much faster and easier than on the mountain.
