Snow Centre

Was looking for used ski and snowboard gear and found this place. Heaps of options for used ski gear not so much for snowboard. No one assisted us until we approached a staff but all good as it was pretty busy at the time. They have a pretty big area as well so not too crowded when trying out boots and other gear. I think they have a workshop too and they can repair or service your ski or snowboard. There was also free parking which is very convenient for Newmarket.

Good selection, nice premium grade gear too. Rather tight floorspace wise, parking sufficient which is nice for Newmarket. Excellent customer service. FYI they don’t do over counter refunds so choose wisely.

Snowcenter was perfect to get everything I need for this snowboarding season. The staff are supper helpful, particularly Gordon and Thomas. They also care about more than just getting a quick sale and will spend the time going over what you want and the boards that meet your needs in a very genuine and informative way!

Huge range and really helpful. We'd been to a big box retailer the day before and the experience could not have been more different. Snowcentre had so many staff, and so even though there were lots of customers we got help straightaway. Chose a pair of skis and bindings with their expert help. Pricing was great too. Will be coming straight here next time!

Awesome experience today dealing with Ollie. I had to get new ski boots and I’m sure I was really difficult and annoying but he was patient, kind and really knew what he was doing. I’ve walked away with a great pair of boots when first up I didn’t think I’d find anything right! He’s awesome, great service - they moulded and fitted the boots to suit my foot, they did everything the could to make sure the fit was spot on, plus gave me an 18 month warranty too!
