Love my gym! Since Josh and Des started, I actually started to enjoy it. Originally signed up in 2020 and cancelled at the end of 2021 with probably only a handful of visits. Joined back up early 2022 and the vibes have made me stay this time! Incredible staff, the friendliest community, bomb as classes and I always win prizes so what can I say

I'm a round girl and coming to the gym I felt welcomed and not shamed. The staff were very friendly and talked to you as if they have known you for years. Great gym set up as well

Sad to see this gym going down hill by the day. Machines are old and run down. Seats and benches ripped . Some seats are even missing! Treadmills old and not working properly. Broken / unstable weight racks - esp squat racks Not the best hygiene  God forbid you go same time as as trainer T.H then worse gym experience - very arrogant and turns to do group training g sessions which means inconsiderate towards other members. Also gets very noisy and pushes in with clients

5 stars. The staff are so nice. Equipment is good and clean. Toilets never smell. Much love Snap Mt Wellington fam

Highly recommend! I personally wouldn't go anywhere else there staff are amazing and will look after you.  Breana Manager at the time and Joshua are awesome I've moved out of Auckland and even the current snap I've transferred to staff are welcoming and helpful.

Great team, loved the layout of equipment too. I found everyone very welcoming and supportive, highly rate the team and the facilities

Disappointed with the showers, mops old and no sponge on, no soap in bathrooms and no fans in cardio area only in weights area. Would be great if there was fans in cardio area as well.

Ok I finally went into a gym. I signed up. Manager Josh was super friendly and helpful and I feel their vibes are good, no posing. Now I just need to keep going... But I have a good feeling just an easy going place where I can get fit ans feel better.

Equipment is all good but the music is way to loud! Every single person in here is wearing earbuds and is prob ruining their eardrums in an attempt to overpower the gym music. Common guys use some common sense and have the Sounds on a low level pls
