I really enjoy the atmosphere NF has created. Folks are friendly & come up to talk to you if they see a new face & make you feel welcome. Staff wish you well on the way out & other clients acknowledge your effort. A mindful gym & the owners are really friendly too. I like it here.

Very friendly atmosphere, meet/make new friends....just an awesome place to go get a good workout....AAAA++++
