Story

The Slip Inn is located in the Havelock Marina, right on the waterfront, next to the boat launching ramp. We have an awesome menu offering all day breakfast, lunch & dinner, gourmet pizzas, nibbles & amazing platters, not to mention fresh Greenlipped Mussels, grown close by in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.
We have an extensive wine list with local & imported wines, beers & spirits.

Excellent service. Great spot. Friendly and attentive.
New favorite, fish and chips is excellent, so were the sliders. Even enjoyed the coleslaw with a lovely beet addition. Great location with a function room available. Will be back in future to see if this venue can earn a 5th star.
It has been 2 years since we were there. We live in Florida, USA. The Slip Inn is one of those 'food memories' we still talk about. The service and the food were impeccable! If we ever get back to NZ, the Slip Inn is definitely on our list! We hope you are all well and come back post-Covid. Hope to see you again! Don & Teri
Travelled here for lunch. Notice on door "closed indefinitely". Be good if they updated the website and open hours. Was a great place to dine. 31 August 2020.

The best Mussels I ever had. Highly recommended, and 1kg is not enough.

Whilst the outside environment is gorgeous, the cleanliness of cup & saucer was poor being coated in dried egg! The Fabulous Fiver Starter was great. Conveniences were unclean for both men’s & women's & this being the start of the day!
