Fantastic knowledgeable staff. Great selection & reasonable prices. Best bit, Made in New Zealand! We were asked lots of questions as to what we wanted and he was very patient while we checked out almost every bed. Funnily enough, we ended up with the bed he first recommended! . We love our new bed, highly recommend buying your mattress, base, etc hete.
Harry and Lynn are sp wonderful! I came in here to get a bed and Harry said 1 thing I never thought I would hear from a place selling things "make sure you go to all the other bed places and check them out to make sure this bed is right for you" All the other bed places used awful sales tactics and were trying to see me beds worth ridiculous amounts of money but from Harrys one statement and the bed I had choosen this place was right for me! Thank you Harry and Lynn for being so kind and wonderful!
Fantastic service. It was easy to see why this store had a 5 star rating from the moment I walked in the door. Brendon listened to my needs I have a severe spine injury and waiting on fusion surgery. He asked about my sleep style which helped determine whether I would need a soft, medium, or firm mattress. Brendon then took the time to take me through the range good - better - best. He explained how they are designed in terms of support, which was why the Ambassador was the best choice for me. The service here was so good that I didn't bother checking out the competitors as planned, I will be back within the week to buy the Ambassador Supreme!! Thank you Brendon. Fantastic service.
Really happy with our "long double" bed purchase for our teenage son. Harry and Brendan were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble we had a custom order with excellent communication. The shop is near the other main retailers at the north end of Hamilton, and is definitely worth checking out. I went around multiple bed stores over several months and during different sale periods before making a decision and found the quality, timing and assistance from Sleep Tight Beds excellent.
Had a wonderful experience shopping for a new mattress at Sleep Tight Beds Hamilton. Customer service is second to none. The salesperson is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and very patient with all our questions. Thanks for helping us find a great quality mattress at a competitive price. Will definitely be going back in the future!
Great guys there very friendly, has been over a year love my new bed 'King Koil Medium', when parents come to stay they sleep in it and were so impressed they bought one for themselves. All I had to do was ask them to look up what they had sold me and told them my parents wanted the same in queen, no issues quality product highly recommended.
Long time review-reader, first time reviewer. We had a great experience at this store. We weren't really sure about what sort of bed we wanted, except that it needed to be bigger than our current bed, so we needed a super king. The sales person was lovely, and very knowledgeable. His approach felt genuine, and we ended up buying a bed that day. These guys offered a good range of beds and we also loved that we are supporting a locally owned Hamilton business #shoplocal.
Great local business. Offered us a fantastic price on an ex display model. We looked around the other shops nearby but had to return here. Bed available same day, the guys in the shop were even able to sort same day delivery for us. Would not hesitate to return or recommend this store.
Brendon is a very knowledgeable and this was evident when I went with my elderly mother to purchase a bed. Prices are better than most of the major retailers The attention to detail - from understanding what we needed right in a bed through to not overwhelming my mum with information. Brendon was understanding and empathetic. The fact that delivery and installation was included was included in the price made purchasing a bed from Sleep Tight Beds the right choice
