Had an amazing experience here. Manager was super kind and I felt like it was never about the sale. He was super driven to fit me with the right driver. Just got in from doing 9 holes with the new srixon zx5 mk2. Sounds fricken awesome and plenty of forgiveness. Thank you once again Golf Warehouse for going above and beyond.
I bought a golf set and trundler for my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately my wife was found to get a frozen shoulder. Our GP recommended not to do golf and it would last as long as two years. We asked a refund having explained the situation, and it had been just two weeks since we had bought it and they were neve used, but the CEO refused without taking the situation into any account in a very rude way. He did not show any compassion towards a person in a dire situation. The attitude the CEO had shown indicated the business would disappear from the business.
Great sale on yesterday the guys are always helpful and we always walk out with something and smiling
This store is honestly not helpful with Returns. We did spend quiet a lot of money over the years. When I wanted to return a golf cart, not even 24 hours after buying it they did not give me a refund and denied to give me my money back. All they offered was a voucher. We will use the voucher but after that, we and the rest of the family will not buy there anymore. Terrible customer service with returns
The team of Richard and Raoul where awesome sorting a new set of clubs and some work on my swing for me after 10 + years out of the game. Can not wait to get them out on the course.
No service, staff too busy chatting, was in the store for at least 20 mins and never got asked if I needed any help or anything, wouldnt return. Just plain rude.
Came in last Thursday at the behest of a person I support to see the "big TV". Staff Steven was all too happy to give us a demo with the projector! Cheers! Made our day! He couldn't stop talking about it. Very kind :

Not much interest shown in you once they realize you're not a big spender.
I usually shop at the golf Warehouse and got my last set of clubs at the Eden Terrance store, however my last experience with this store has left a sour taste in my mouth.. xmas eve got what we wanted and when asking about if there was a boxing day sale was told no and if there was he didn't know the manager Richard ..that night received and email telling us 20-50% off and worked out we could of saved $100...boxing day tried to return for and get discount things were still unused and got stonewalled and saying we don't do that... Update!! Rhys the CEO contacted me and made good on his offer so i have changed the rating from a 1 to 4 to reflect this offer....Thank you Rhys
