Called for a technician. Rescheduled twice then they no-showed three times. Basically a company of thieves with zero work standard. A joke of a 'service'. Best to cancel and stick to literally anything else.
DO NOT GET SKY!! Can't get worse than sky. Booked technician, was told they would come in the morning. No one showed up. So called back and they lied saying it would be any time during the day. No-one showed up the whole day and no call as to reason why no one stowed up or rebooking time. Wasted whole day waiting for someone to turn up. And supper frustrating having to keep calling as they are not proactive and calling us when technicians don't show up. Will be cancelling ASAP.
Crooks. Cancelled Sky as the new Sky Box was buggy and not fit for purpose. Returned the Sky box using their envelope and dropped it off at NZ Post myself - saw them scan it. A month later I get an email from the equally crooked debt collectors, Baycorp, saying I have an overdue bill because I didn't return the equipment! Stay away from these crooks
I would give zero stars if possible. I have been chasing a solution for over month for my Nana's sky. The unit has a IT fault. Communication is non existent , with all calls lodged on the account to show the timeline of inadequatecy.
Dont even bother with Sky Broadband. I am a current customer and have have incorrect billing issues for months now and still hasnt been resolved. I will be moving providers in the coming weeks because I give up dealing with Call centres based in other countries that cant get my issues resolved
