THIS APP STOLE MY MONEYnDO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app stole my money and then the store Palmerston North Broadway wouldn't refund the app error. App declined my order so I was forced to try reorder and try again only to have 2 orders arrive and find I had been charged for 2 orders.. The owner and manager accepted no liability and claimed they don't own the app so it's not their problem.nI have sent a complaint and refund request on the page and over a week later have not heard from anyone. In total almost $80 was removed from my account by this app
Ordered pizza and was informed of a time for delivery on the 23/08/19. 3 pizzas from the menu. Waited and waited ,rang the store only to be told it was on the way. ! hour later they arrived and were burnt and inedible. Rang the store only to be told it would be 1 week to get a refund so they sent 3 more pizzas. Almost 2 hours after ordering we got 3 pizzas that were flat with no taste. Never again will we order Pizza hut . Stay away if you want good food on time.

Rang the customer service lady 3 times, her name was Pail and left voice mails but she never seems to call me back at all. Why have customer service then?
Start staffing your stores properly, especially KFC. The service is woefully slow and your staff look so unhappy in Nelson.
