Really love the enviroment there. Got my seconds pierced and the piercer was really comforting. Im 12 so i think the piercer might of wanted to comfort me more than other customers. Piercing didn't hurt, but if youre getting a pair of piercings on your earlobe pierced, the first one hurts more. Going to get a nose piercing there soon. Worst piercing experience I've ever had in my life. Got a dermal done in my wrist to accompany my other one, which ive had for 6yrs and no problems, my new one was pierced so crooked. I mentioned immediately how crooked it was and got blamed for it myself. No attempt to fix or correct it at all or even take responsibility,just pushed me out the door pretty much. The piercing fell out a few days later which was probably for the best seeing how crooked it was. Safe to say,waste of money and time and I will not be back here again.

I just got my piercing done there today lovely service and staff and the lady that did mind was really cool I'm going back for more wasn't able to get my lip done but I can in couple weeks I'm very satisfied I recommend  and I give 5stars

Couldn't even walk in, the place stinks so badly. Hate to think of the lung problems the staff will have later in life

So I came in yesterday for an industrial ear piercing. It was fine when I left I’ve been cleaning it I’ve gotten a lot of piercings and this one is so tight on my ear that it feels like it’s gonna bleed any minute it really hurts I can’t even try and get it off myself and if I did that and had to take it off what a waste of $35 like it hurts. I can’t come back in I’ve seen your comment I can’t come back in I’m from tokoroa. I’d be wasting gas and money just to come and get someone to take it off. It’s so bloody sore I went to my auntie who does piercings she can’t even get it off herself. No one is able to get it off it hurts so much

Amazing store with some of the coolest things I've seen so far  and also the service and people there are amazing very friendly relaxed environment. Loved it here !!

Absolutely stocked. Walked in to a friendly group of retail staff and walked out with an awesome leather jacket and my nose pierced. So happy and very clean and tidy. Can't wait to come back Friday.
