I love my Eco scent Titania. The scent it throws off on even the lowest setting is unlike anything I have ever used before. It covers the whole of the ground floor. Paul was really helpful explaining what each machine could offer. I’ve just ordered more scents and a replacement key which I managed to lose. Obviously pricier than normal machines you would use at home but this is an industrial machine and the results reflect the additional cost. Absolutely love it.
The unit I got is perfect size and looks so smart if either in a domestic or Commercial setting. The fragrance is so lovely and fills the space with clean smelling scent. Its a simple system with maximum output. Even after a lot of smoke was made from an over the unit kicked out sufficient fragrance to mask even that stubborn smell quickly. AWESOME is all I can say for the product!
Amazing customer service from start to finish! Alicja was very patient with me as I really didn't know which one to go for and which scent! I changed my mind a few times and she was there to help me decide. It's quite a luxury product and so I wanted to get it right and she also sent me out a sample box. All the scents are lovely and the machine is so easy to use. The only disadvantage is that I now want them all over the house so will have to get saving! Would definitely recommend. I ordered on the Friday and it arrived the next day!
We are very happy with our Ecoscent premium scent solution. After some excellent advice we found the perfect scent and machine for our showroom. Since installation we have had many compliments from clients on the scent in our London showroom.
We are thrilled with this product. We have the Black Pomegranate and the Neroli and Sandalwood across our 3 sites and we get nothing but compliments. We can even smell the scents as we approach the front door which creates such a special essence for our business. Will be a customer for life.
We have purchased a few scent systems and France liquids from Ecoscent over the past couple of years. The service is always quick and friendly, and the fragrance is always beautiful and our customers always compliment how lovely our shops smell! Recommend!
Hi, I took a long time to decide to buy this product, we let our staff test the scents and also did research on the values to make sure it was inline with our own. We are 100% happy the machine and the scent functions so well and are now looking to buy a larger one so the scent is not just in the toilet area.
We have used a few scents for the last 12 months in our gym. The members love it! Sadly I had the machine pumping out a high dose that cost me too much to maintain. I now have it on a modest setting. Fave scent is Bamboo for gym. It really adds a touch of luxury
Customer service was great from the onset with EcoScent. Initially ordered one machine and fragrance to test effectiveness, very happy with first purchase, followed up with two more machines and additional fragrance for office environment. Great product, very happy with the quality, speedy delivery and effectiveness.
