Crazy busy why do people not understand what an accident and emergency centre is...? but they triaged efficiently and politely, and even with the number of patients coming through paid careful attention and did not rush us. Dr was lovely and nurses empathetic and warm. Well done for still smiling through the rush guys :

They say they give priority according to the intensity of sickness. It is definitely not fair making a 2 weeks old baby wait for hours late night. Despite reminding them continuously, they seemed merciless. Especially during covid times. Please give consideration to new born babies and mums
