My experience at Podium has been very positive. From the get-go, Anousith was very welcoming and personable, taking the time to know me before asking detailed questions about my injury. Every session I had there has been extremely valuable to my recovery and I would highly recommend Podium Physiotherapy to anyone in need of such services.
I attended Podium Physiotherapy with a frozen shoulder last year and now recovery from a broken leg / ankle. Nous and Dannielle have been absolutely wonderful with their care and attention to getting me "back on my feet". So................if you need a physio , get along to Podium - you'll certainly not be disappointed.
We have been using Podium Physio for years and have always found them incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They have helped me, my 2 children and my husband with a number of various injuries over that time and the level of care is always amazingly thorough. I have recommended Anousith to many friends and have no hesitation in doing so to anyone looking for a great physio.
Was referred to Podium Physio by a work colleague. Good communication, easy to make a booking and brutally honest feedback on how to recover. Solid recovery and rehab plan.
I first attended poduim in preparation for a shoulder operation. The treatment was extremely effective and my speedy recovery post op has been attributed to the therapy I received pre-op. Certainly the most effective treatment I've ever received.
Highly recommend Podium Physiotherapy for any niggles, bumps or sore spots you may have. Every time I've visited them, Anousith has managed to get to the root cause of the problem on my first visit and when leaving I already felt 20 times better than when I walked in. Definitely the physio you want saved in your important contact list. :
I have had a long associative with Noose and Podium, expert diagnosis on injuries and treatments and rehabilitation are set out well and easy to follow. A number of calf tears for me as a cyclist have been repaired but more importantly exercises to strengthen the weak spots have kept me active, fit and stronger. I can highly recommend Podium Physiotherapy for professional treatment.
Anousith and his team are great. Diagnosis of injuries is fast and accurate and the treatment pans well considered. Their knowledge and continued development to stay up with the latest research has proven to be very successful in treating all of my various injuries and getting me back to full fitness. Highly recommend.
Anousith has been my go-to guy for all the treatment of my sports injuries. His knowledge is outstanding and can convey what he is doing and why very clearly, which leaves you confident that you are on the right track for recovery. I have seen him for physio and acupuncture treatments. I personally recommend him to everyone I know.
I'm delighted with the osteopathy treatment I'm receiving at Podium Physiotherapy. Osteopath David Liddiard really knows his stuff, he quickly figured out some issues that I wasn't aware of and put an effective treatment plan in place. I highly recommend.
