Ray is a star ...after years of all sorts of treatments he not only diagnosed the issue as a bulging disc but brought me relief almost after one session. He gave me self treating exercises to maintain a level of comfort and when I go off track he quickly gets me right again. Highly recommend him for all issues.
Had ankle , knee and back pain for a long time. Since I have been going to Ray my ankle and knee pain has gone. My Back pain is a work in progress and i can feel a new me . Thank you Better Bodies Osteo Ray Daniels is amazing

Highly recommend - instantly relieved pain in my back, neck & shoulders. Really impressed considering I've been going to a Physio for years, the experience does not compare, wish I visited Better Bodies Osteo sooner.
Fantastic treatment. Had a sore neck that affected me to my art I was experiencing dizziness and headaches. In one treatment I felt alot better no more dizziness or headaches. Highly recommend and explains excatly what is happening to your body which is very useful to know.
