Truly love this place - been here several times now. Donna really takes care of the place and it is very clean and ordered. Extra plus for a spacious toilet compared to previous experience and a european shower. Almost loses a star for limited internet-solution - but the service you get for the price is excellent.
I was going to book online , and when called to inquire about heating,Lady asked me not book online for one day @144 and she will not accept booking from booking.com and don't accept me once I will be there,quite frustrating. She was asking 220+etc : ...Quite rude... so should check before booking!!!
Was well worth the stay. Unit 8 is the best. Own kitchen, 3 bedrooms, clean and very warm. Not far from Whakapapa. Was really happy.
The owner, Donna was very helpful. book at office = pay Donna $$ not bookings.com or trivago.. My Mrs's loved it & sleeped so well. We'll go back
