These guys are the best and know what they do. I had a MacBook port not working and they sorted it all out that too under warranty claim.
I would highly recommend Service Plus to anyone wishing to have apple devices repaired. They are super helpful and keep you up to date every step of the way. I was initially very overwhelmed when I heard of how much my repairs would cost but they were helpful in assisting me to have my insurance cover the damage as it was covered. Next time I need my apple devices fixed you can bet I’ll be heading here! Thank you so much for the speedy repairs and amazingly kind service, from one very stressed MacBook owner
My daughters 2019 MacBook Pro was in serious trouble with the screen showing flashing colours and lines, Touch Bar wasn’t functioning properly either. These guys did a great job of replacing the screen and battery, basically returning a new computer. Very good service, with updates sent via email throughout the repair cycle. I highly recommend Service Plus.
Don’t usually write reviews. However, Service Plus has been so helpful and friendly. Had my iPhone13+max screen fixed today, It was done very quick and kept me updated with all the procedures. Didn’t overcharged me or anything cost was same as stated on Official Apple website. Thank you team
Went for an appointment on my MacBook pro 18's battery this morning. I was told the battery can't be replaced under warranty because it still has 92% capacity, ok that's fine I understand that. Then I realized there is another issue on my mbp---loose left USB-C charging ports. The service person was incredibly rude to me said " what do you want me to do?" " That seems normal to me" As an authorized apple service provider, this attitude to customer is totally unacceptable. I will make a formal complaint on this issue to Apple. Sadly there is no Apple Store Genius bar in New Zealand.
Was initially told by another authorised Apple service provider that my phone would have to be sent to Apple for a cracked iPhone 12 screen replacement, with a >14 day turnaround. I phoned ServicePlus who were able to do a same-day on-site screen replacement, with excellent communication from Piers and the call centre team! Fantastic experience: will be using ServicePlus for all my Apple-related repairs in the future.
The person I dealt with was Kevin, he was so swift & managed to help me get the job done within 1 day with the urgent service. So happy with how kind and service was given by the team in Auckland.
Friendly staff. I had iphone battery issue and booked a appointment online through the apple website. Since they accept my mobile to replace battery, they have updated me each step via sms and email. They took only 4 hours to finish whole process and cost me only NZD 109. I recommend this place to all your ios device issue.
