I really enjoyed my stay here! Reception was easy and we were checked in fast; great customer service. The rooms were very clean and it was cleaned every day during my stay. Restrooms were clean which is important to me. Beds were made daily and was very comfortable; no disagreements there. It was a quick walk to the parks and Disney Village. Only thing that kinda annoyed me was the lack of a laundry room to get your clothes washed but you can just walk over to Hotel Cheyenne where they have a laundry room. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice, clean, lovely staff. Each morning a Disney character would visit the hotel so you can queue and meet them. Queues weren't too long and moved fast. The staff at breakfast and in the snack area were lovely, especially Anthony. They remember you and make you feel special. Food was also good. Was handy if you upgrade to be able to get snacks and free drinks in the afternoon. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the main park so is handy as you can go back for kids naps etc.
Nice hotel. Very cosy and atmospheric. Pool and facilities were pretty great. Bar looked pretty big and well stocked, although we didn't visit. Room itself is fine, although the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment. The bathtub is VERY small, and the water pressure almost non existent. Beds were comfortable. Only one suitable plug socket available in room. You will need to bring an extension lead if you plan to charge more than 1 phone/battery pack at a time. Rooms: Bathrooms: not good. Need refurbishment. Bathtub is tiny and no water pressure. Two plug sockets available in rooms. However, one is attached to the rooms lights, so you can only use it with the lights switched on. Noteworthy details: Pool is accessible to people with mobility issues. There is a small wheelchair suitable lift down to the pool area, and a hoist for lifting people in and out of the pool. However, no disabled access to hot tub.
A fantastic and truly magical place to stay. The staff was very dedicated, friendly, helpful and professional. The food was really good. The breakfast, aswell as the dinner was served as a buffet. At first you might think this sis unpractical, but through the management of reservations and the handling of the guests by the staff, it works really well. The rooms were clean, and equipped with everything you need for the night, so you can charge to a next day in the park or the studios. The room is also perfect if you need a quick break to refuel. The location is perfect. It is quiet an relaxing trough the theme it is built in. The colours and the trees give it a certain warmth. It is extremely close to the park, which makes it perfect to use the magical hour to it's full extent. I would recommend to stay there, if you want a well rounded visit to Disneyland Paris.
We stayed at the Yosemite lodge. The hotel itself is very pretty, the staff is extremely friendly, the beds are nice and firm and Disney Village and the park entrance were really close by - however, the bathroom was completely awful.. The button to flush the toilet was practically falling of the wall and the wooden plank covering the bathtub was loose and not the proper size, leaving a gap between the plank and the wall on both sides and to top it all off there was mold on the wall. I don't mind that it wasn't a modern bathroom as I wasn't it expecting it to be. I was however expecting it to be not broken and without mold especially for the price you are paying..
We stayed here for 2 nights with our kids ages 12 and 9 while we visited Disney. Honestly, for the price I don’t think it was worth it to stay here. The room was pretty tiny with 2 queen beds and not much else. The bathroom was adequate but seemed like it hadn’t been updated in quite some time. It was a 10 minute walk or so to the parks from the hotel. We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel because of the cost, but there was a Starbucks on the way to the park we grabbed breakfast at. Honestly I think you could get a much nicer, more comfortable room for much less money off Disney property. There is free parking on site and it’s easily walkable to all things Disney.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially a lady on the reception desk called Jenifer. We had a problem with our train back and ended up having to stay an extra day and they were amazing. The whole place was kept very clean. The room suited our needs and we enjoyed all the Bambi decor.
Brilliant stay. Rooms are clean and tidy, beds made up every day. Around a 15 minute walk to the Disney Parks around the lake through the village. The bus is supposed to come every 15 minutes to the park but on the occasions we got them , it seemed to of taken longer! All in all, great trip!
Wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, nice bathroom, and the pool was amazing. They provide towels and free lockers in the gym and the pool, but only opens from 3pm. The only thing about the room was that there were only two plugs and only one of them worked.
Great hotel & feels like you are in an exclusive mountain spa getaway resort despite Disneyland Paris being just a 10 minute walk away. Beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with buffet continental so croissants, pastries, cereals, fruits, cheese, cold meats as well as sausages, beans, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes & of course mickey waffles!!
