Easy quick check in. Room was comfortable clean and tidy. Shower was awesome. Very convenient location. Just a 2 minute walk to the main street. Swimming pool restaurant and convention center.
Fairly basic, needs a lot of renovations and much better lift access. Also there is a big lack of parking available, having to park in the public tolled parking space. Good breakfast so that helps. There were strange smells throughout the building and rooms so will not stay there again.
We stayed 3 nights, nice location, handy to everything. We were able to walk everwhere. Nice room, clean & spacious, great shower. Amazing views. Our only complaint was our room didn't get serviced until late afternoon well after 3PM, which meant we were there so it was pretty much just clean towels & filling up the tea & coffee.
Good size rooms and really friendly service. On the early ferry crossing so they arranged breakfast to be delivered to our rooms
Corridors being renovated but rooms are lovely, clean and bed comfortable. No wine glasses though and shower head kept dropping down which was annoying

Great place for the price we paid for 3 people. We had an unrenovated room diffinitly needs a revamp but we were made aware of this prior to booking. Great downstairs bar... First drink $5 wonderful swimming pool. We left early in the morning so they bought breakfast to our room the night before.
Very very expensive and very run down. So disappointing. We thought from the photos we were going to be staying at a pretty posh place. When you pay $238 a night you expect far far better!!! Staff were nice.
I have stayed at the Picton Yacht club in the past and received great service and well maintained rooms. On this occasion the service has been less than accommodating, and the room is a disgrace very out dated & old and that's the reason I will not be returning in the future.
