Great location, reasonable pricing for the area. Walking distance to everything you need, grocery next door and multiple decent restaurants nearby. My only suggestion would be to offer a couple less firm pillows. The ones on the bed were very firm and thick. I woke up with a little bit of a sore neck. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, although softer than I’m used to. Water pressure was fine and plenty hot. The a/c kept the room comfortable without that annoying on/off fan that some hotel units have. It didn’t wake me at all. The blackout curtains worked great, I actually was able to sleep in a little bit without loud traffic or bright sunlight. We will definitely stay again. It was a great last minute choice on a beautiful motorcycle riding weekend. We also met some great people to chat with and everyone in town seemed super friendly.

This place was a pleasant surprise. We chose this as none of the hotels had any vacancies. But it turned out to be very close to the highway and all the vista points. The rooms are very clean and check in is contactless. There was a microwave and coffee machine in the room. The heater worked great. There are good restaurants and shops you could walk to. The only problem we had was with the bed. It was uncomfortable and you will sink into the center somehow. There's designated parking and good fall colors around. Overall it's a clean inn ,close to the Kancamagus highway. I just wish we could sleep better.

The rooms were clean but small. My husband prefers a firmer mattress. The pool area was very nice and clean. It had a nice fire pit and barbecue area. Easy walk into town to restaurants and shops. The managers were very nice.Rooms: 3/5

Inexpensive option in a popular area. Tiny little room was excellent in every other way. Nice access to the mountain stream flowing behind the property. Our room 22 actually had a stream side view.

For being our last option this place was amazing. Honestly didn’t expect it to be so nice on the inside! It was small but the heating was great, perfect for 2 people. There was a fridge and a microwave so it made it super convenient for all the left overs we brought. Right in the middle of town so we were able to safely drink and walk around. Would stay again, super clean and well maintained.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place was very clean and the grounds were well manicured. The couple that runs it are both very personable and attentive to the needs of their guests. Also very reasonably priced without even taking into consideration the scarcity of lodging at the time of booking. Would be my pleasure to return here.

This is the perfect spot to see all the waterfalls!!! The staff is amazing and the prices are so good. The rooms are super clean and inviting. We can't wait to come back with our whole family. I cant say enough about how great this place is and so close to everything. You won't be disappointed in choosing this great Inn.Rooms: 5/5

We had a super clean room, really big convenient kitchen sink, enjoyed the two night stay! The only drawback was that our room was in a building across the road from the swimming pool and the river.Rooms: 5/5

We love staying here!! Have been coming up for the last 5 years or so. Service is great!! Rooms are cosy, clean and have a fridge and microwave which are nice additions. They have a new pool in the summer and access to the Pemi as well. Less than five minute walk to many things -shops, breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks!! Looking forward to our next stay!

We have stayed here a few times in the past, wasn't bad . This time our reservation was messed up . Put us in tiny room that smelled bad. We left ,couldn't stay. Still got charged. Won't stay there again.Rooms: 1/5
